STATEMENTS ON ETHICS

• In all our activities, we comply with all national legislation to which we are subject, especially the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, and all international agreements and regulations to which the Republic of Turkey is a party.
• We adopt reliability, impartiality and independence as the basic principles that guide us in all our business relations.
• We pay equal attention to both the protection of the commercial interests and legal rights of the business owners and the public interest, and we adopt this as our primary responsibility and manage our business with this awareness.
• We combine our professional knowledge and skills with the awareness of our responsibility in the effective use of national resources and environmental awareness, and we pay maximum attention to this, especially when making decisions. 
• We show the necessary attention to he precise accuracy of the declarations we have made and the reports we have presented, and we present the necessary information in an understandable manner and at the time we undertake.
• We accept honesty and transparency as our primary values in all our business processes and relations.
• We give great value and importance to information security, we do not share our customers’ private commercial information with anyone, and we never allow them to be shared by our employees.
• We show maximum effort and care so that business ethics becomes the building block of our written corporate culture.
• We provide our managers and employees with the awareness, rules and practices to stay away from conflicts of interest, we prevent them from gaining personal benefits by taking advantage of their current duties, and we closely monitor this.
• We implement the events, such as celebrations, treats and entertainment as determined by our laws and ethical values.
• We do not allow our employees to receive gifts that will affect their impartiality, decisions and behaviors, and to give gifts for the same purpose.
• We are at an equal distance to all kinds of public institutions and organizations, administrative formations, non-governmental organizations and political parties without any expectation of interest while we carry out our activities and works.
• We do not cause corruption in our transactions, and we don’t close our eyes.
• We do not engage in unfair competition, we observe the protection of fair competition and consumer rights, and we develop all our practices in this direction.
• We do not engage in unregistered employment, we respect employee health and safety, and we support fair employment.
• We carry out activities that reinforce social unity and social sensitivity, and we act with the awareness of our social responsibilities and share this awareness with our entire business environment.
