SYSTEM POLICY ON QUALITY MANAGEMENT

As Gunes Customs and Logistics Services Ltd., we embrace that continuously improve our quality and to meet customer demands at the highest level as our primary objective.

We consider all feedback from our customers as an opportunity for improvement in order to reach higher quality and working performance.

In line with these objectives, we undertake the following issues in all our activities:

• To determine our quality objectives in line with our mission, vision and strategic objectives, and to perform the necessary work to achieve these objectives,
• To continuously improve our service quality in line with the needs and expectations of our customers,
• To provide all legal conditions and other requirements that we are obliged to apply during our consultancy processes,
• To provide new quality standards to the consultancy service, to increase the efficiency of this service, to follow the technological developments in our field of activity, to adapt in a timely manner and to develop our technologies and projects accordingly,,
• To train qualified personnel, who can use initiative and apply the training they have received and who is open to innovations,
• To evaluate our “Quality Management System” performance,
  constantly measuring and improving our customer satisfaction, with our understanding of service based on our principles of quality and ethical values,
• To share our ”System Policy on Quality Management” with all relevant institutions, organizations or individuals.
