The privileges provided within the scope of the said regulation from the Authorized Economic Operator Status Certificates issued by meeting the conditions specified in the regulation are as follows:

• “On-Site Customs Clearance Certificate”, which ensures that the goods are shipped directly from the customs office of entry to the company’s own facilities without being brought to the import customs office, and that the import procedures are carried out in the company’s own facilities within the framework of simplified procedures,
• “Permitted Consignee Certificate”, which ensures that the goods subject to the transit regime are received at the facilities and the transit procedures are terminated in these places, within the scope of the authorized consignee’s authorization and/or the on-site customs clearance permit, without being presented to the Destination Customs Administration after the goods enter the Customs Territory of the Republic of Turkey,
• “On-Site Customs Clearance Certificate”, which ensures that the goods are shipped directly to the Exit Customs Office, without being brought to the Export Customs Directorate, by performing the export transactions of the goods within the framework of a simplified procedure at the company’s own facilities,
• “Permitted Shipper Certificate” given to the person responsible for the transport or the importer who is authorized to take delivery at the facilities and to terminate the transit procedures in these places, within the scope of authorized consignee authorization and/or on-site customs clearance permit, without submitting the goods subject to the transit regime to the Customs Administration of Destination after the goods have entered the Customs Territory of the Republic of Turkey.
• And “Approved Exporter Certificate” that allows on-site customs clearance in exports, issue and visa ATR Movement Certificate within the scope of simplified process, invoice declaration regardless of the value of the goods, and also EUR.MED invoice declaration.
